Belgium Citric Acid: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium (A-423-813). The agency preliminarily calculated a zero percent AD rate for the only company under review, Citribel nv. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Citribel entered July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, won't be assessed AD. Any changes to rates for Citribel would take effect on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the final results of this review, due in August.

This review covers only Citribel. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters of subject merchandise will not change as a result of this review, and Commerce has ordered liquidation of entries from such companies “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry (ADCVDWeb Message # 3289408).
(The period of review is 07/01/22 - 06/30/23. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
