Publicly revealing that information “could undermine SolarWinds' ability to respond to cyber incidents,” it said: “Given the sensitive nature of SolarWinds' incident response plan -- which could be exploited by a future threat actor -- sealing is warranted.” SolarWinds’ motion to dismiss called the SEC’s amended complaint “a case in search of a theory.”
