SIM swap complaint alleged that four Liberty employees accessed Ortiz-Nieves’ account without her authorization about 30 times between December 2020 and June 2022 and repeatedly failed to safeguard her personally identifiable information and customer proprietary network information (see 2312190061). Ortiz-Nieves is president of Alternative for Kids, a daycare center in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.
