UK Adds 50 Entries to Russia Sanctions, 2 to Belarus Regime
The U.K. added 50 entries to its Russia sanctions regime and two entries to its Belarus regime, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation announced in a pair of notices this week.

The new Russia-related designations target 21 people and 29 entities, including Russians working for companies such as state-owned diamond mining firm Alrosa, Ural Mining and Metallurgical Co., Kirov Non-Ferrous Metal Processing Plant, natural gas producer Novatek, 224th Flight Unit State Airlines, Paramount Energy & Commodities SA and Mechel PAO. The entities include various Russian, Chinese, Turkish and United Arab Emirates companies. The Chinese companies are Beijing MicroPilot Flight Control Systems Co., Finder Technology and Juhang Aviation Technology (Shenzhen) Co.
In addition to the new designations, OFSI amended the entries for Andrey Andreevich Guryev, former member of the PhosAgro board; Andrey Grigoryevich Guryev, former PhosAgro deputy chairman; and Sergei Sergeivich Ivanov, former Alrosa chairman.
Under the Belarus sanctions regime, OFSI designated firm JSC Planar and defense company Precise Electro-Mechanics Plant.
