PNS Clearance LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its quartz surface products of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 6810.99.0010 were improperly assessed a 1.02% duty rate, when they should have been entered free of duty as directed in a message from the Commerce Department. # 24-00044. Nanjing Kaylang Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final scope ruling on whether its products are subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities from China. # 24-00045. Filed Feb. 15.
