Human Touch LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its massage chairs and parts thereof of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 9401.71.0011, 9401.69.6011, 9401.90.5081 and 9401.90.5021 qualify for exclusions to Section 301 duties for goods of subheadings 9019.10.2045 and 9019.10.2090. # 24-00042. United States, alleging importer Rago Tires, LLC's was grossly negligent in failing to pay antidumping and countervailing duties on truck and bus tires from China. # 24-00043. Filed Feb. 14.

PNS Clearance LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its quartz surface products of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 6810.99.0010 were improperly assessed a 1.02% duty rate, when they should have been entered free of duty as directed in a message from the Commerce Department. # 24-00044. Filed Feb. 14.

Nanjing Kaylang Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final scope ruling on whether its products are subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities from China. # 24-00045. Filed Feb. 15.
