Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

The U.S. had asked Mexico in October to review whether Asiaway fired a worker who wanted La Liga Sindical Obrera Mexicana to represent the workforce (see 2310240018).

The company also explained that position individually to each worker, and trained its managers to honor the freedom of association.
