Both the Office of Foreign Assets Control and the U.K. Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation sanctioned Naji Ibrahim Sharifi-Zindashti, an Iranian narcotics trafficker who OFAC said leads the network on behalf of Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security.
