Corebridge Financial involve questions of fact common to actions previously transferred to the District of Massachusetts and assigned to U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs involving the Progress Software MOVEit software data breach, it said. Since five actions were transferred to the Massachusetts court for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings Oct. 4, 180 additional actions have been transferred and assigned to Burroughs, it said.
