The Jan. 30 conference “will proceed as scheduled,” said the order. No case management statement is required, it said. The employees allege that Twitter and X refuse to arbitrate “despite having successfully blocked employees from pursuing their claims in court by compelling them to arbitrate their legal claims” (see 2401080001).
