Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

The change results in an AD rate of zero for Siam Metal Tech Co. As a result of that zero rate, Commerce will end suspension of liquidation and the collection of cash deposits for entries from the company. Siam Metal will not be subject to suspension of liquidation or cash deposit requirements until further notice. If Commerce continues to set a zero rate for Siam Metal (or any other exporters) in its final determination, any merchandise both produced and exported by Siam Metal will be exempt from any AD duty order issued in connection with this investigation.

The change also resulted in an amended "all-others" rate for the companies not assigned their own AD rates in this investigation. The new AD rates are as follows:

Bangkok Sheet Metal Public Co.Bangkok Sheet Metal Public Co.2.54%
Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd.Siam Metal Tech Co., Ltd.zero
All Others2.54%

(The period of investigation is 04/01/22 through 03/31/23. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope (unchanged), suspension of liquidation, detailed cash deposit instructions, etc. See 2305180038 for a summary of initiation of this investigation.)
