Turkey Rebar: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey (A-489-829). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.

For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all others rate of 3.9% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Dec. 28
For entries on or after Dec. 28, the scheduled publication date of these final results in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by seven companies, as follows:

Assessment Rates for Entries July 2021 - June 2022
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise for entries between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022. Importers of subject merchandise exported by Colakoglu during the review period will not be assessed AD, and importers of subject merchandise exported by Kaptan Demir during the period will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates. Importers of subject merchandise exported by the other companies under review will be assessed AD at the rates listed above.
