Taiwan Corrosion-Resistant Steel: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan (A-583-856). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Dec. 8

Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for some companies for entries on or after Dec. 8, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register. Exporters that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set for the respective company in the most recent previous administrative review, and exporters that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the rate assigned to the manufacturer. If a rate has never been assigned to either the manufacturer or the exporter, the “all others” rate applies. That rate is 11.04%. The new rates are as follows:

No shipments. Commerce found Xxentria Technology Materials Company Ltd. did not have any exports to the U.S. during the period of review. The cash deposit rate currently in effect for Xxentria will not change as a result of this review, and any entries reported to be from Xxentria will be assessed duties at the 11.04% all-others rate.

Assessment Rates for Entries July 2021 - June 2022

Importers of subject merchandise exported by Prosperity Tieh during the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, will be assessed AD duties at importer-specific rates. Importers of subject merchandise exported by the other companies under review will be assessed AD at the rates listed above.
