For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all others rate of 9.1% applies.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Dec. 11

For entries on or after Dec. 11, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by 13 companies, as follows:

Assessment Rates for Entries July 2021 - June 2022

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022. Commerce will instruct CBP to liquidate entries during that period from Oman Fasteners and the other 12 companies under review without regard to AD.

(The review period is 07/01/21 - 06/30/22. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2308040038 for the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
