Assessment Rates

As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate final AD duty assessments on importers of subject merchandise exported by the companies under review that was entered Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Hyundai and Husteel will be assessed importer-specific rates, and importers from the other 21 companies under review would be assessed AD at the rate listed above.

(The period of review is 11/01/21 - 10/31/22. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
