Austria Strontium Chromate: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on strontium chromate from Austria (A-433-813). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set assessment rates for subject merchandise for the only company under review, Habich GmbH, entered Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022.

Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry for subject merchandise from exporters for which a review was not requested (ADCVDWeb Message # 3039409).

Cash Deposit Requirements

Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD duty cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD duty cash deposit rates:

Assessment Rates

As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate the AD duties it will assess on importers for entries of subject merchandise entered Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, Commerce will not assess AD duties on Habich.
