indication that dumped and subsidized aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam are injuring U.S. industry, but found imports of aluminum extrusions from the Dominican Republic are too small in number to continue that case. The Commerce Department now will consider whether to impose antidumping and countervailing duty cash deposit requirements on the 14 countries remaining under investigation, in preliminary determinations due in December for CVD and in March for AD.
