Spain Chlorinated Isocyanurates: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain (A-469-814). Commerce determined that mandatory respondent Ercros S.A. undersold subject merchandise during the period of review, June 2021 through May 2022.

Commerce set the following AD cash deposit rates for the three companies under review, effective Nov. 9, the date the final results were published in the Federal Register:

For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the three companies listed above), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 24.83% applies.
Commerce will also assess AD on importers for entries from the companies under review of subject merchandise entered between June 1, 2021, and May 31, 2022. Importers of subject merchandise from Ercros will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates, and imports from the other two companies under review will be liquidated at the rates listed above.
