Commerce has ordered entries during this period from all exporters not under review (i.e., all except SNCZ) to be liquidated as entered, at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry (ADCVDWeb Message # 3038411).
Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD duty cash deposit requirements may take effect, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register.

Assessment Rates
As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate final AD duty assessments on importers of subject merchandise exported by the company under review that was entered Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from SNCZ would be liquidated without regard to AD. Entries from exporters not subject to review would be assessed duties at the all-others rate of 32.16%.
(The period of review is 11/01/21 - 10/31/22. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
