The agency confirmed its preliminary finding that Highland Agro Food Private Limited (HA Food) is the successor-in-interest to Highland Agro, saying that HA Food continues to operate as the same business entity despite the corporate restructuring to a limited liability partnership and name change. Commerce said that effective Oct. 18, HA Food now inherits the AD rate assigned to Highland Agro, which is currently 3.88%, the review average rate, assigned in the AD review for 2021-22, which went into effect Sept. 1 (see 2308310044).
