Commerce is rescinding the review for Dandee Holdings Ltd. (Hk), which originally had its request for review withdrawn under a different but similar company name, Dandee Hong Kong Holdings Ltd. The petitioner verified that the withdrawal request pertained to Dandee Holdings Ltd. (Hk). Entries from Dandee Holdings will be liquidated "as entered" at the rate in effect at time of entry.
New Cash Deposit Rate Takes Effect Oct. 5
The new CV duty cash deposit rates for the producers and exporters subject to this review takes effect Oct. 5, the date these final results are to be published in the Federal Register. The new rates, which also will apply for importer assessment purposes, are as follows:

*This rate is for assessment purposes only for subject merchandise entered July 13, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2020. The rate listed in the “CV Rate” column is the assessment rate for entries in calendar year 2021, as well as the CVD rate for cash deposit purposes.
For exporters of subject merchandise that weren't under review (i.e., all except those listed above), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own CVD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate applies.
(The review period is 07/13/20 - 12/31/21. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. The preliminary results of this administrative review were published in the Federal Register on April 6.)
