Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

Carbon Activated Tianjin Co., Ltd. and Carbon Activated Corporation, challenging a July CIT opinion upholding the Commerce Department's 13th review of the antidumping duty order on activated carbon from China. #23-2413. Opened Sept. 22.
