Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

The working group's update, similar to the one issued in June (see 2306050053), said CBP is still working to publish a "benefits paper" to convince more parties to participate in its Electronic Export Manifest pilot program (see 2209150014 and 2110180038). The group also is continuing to work with partner government agencies to determine the data elements that should be required for capture for an outbound truck manifest program, and is "currently discussing progressive filing in the export environment."

The group newly mentioned that CBP is working to invite the Canada Border Services Agency to a future COAC meeting.
