Spain Ripe Olives: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on ripe olives from Spain (A-469-817, CBP # A-470-817). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set AD duty assessment rates for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022.

Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry for subject merchandise from exporters for which a review was not requested (ADCVDWeb Messages # 2325401).
Also, Commerce said it is rescinding the review for Plasoliva, S.L., which had its request for review withdrawn. That left six companies under review.
AD Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the AD final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD cash deposit rates:

Assessment Rates
If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise exported by Agro Sevilla and Angel Camacho during the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022, will be assessed AD duties at importer-specific rates. Importers from the other companies under review will be assessed AD duties at the rates listed above.
