Indonesia Wind Towers: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on utility scale wind towers from Indonesia (A-560-833), calculating a 3.06% AD rate for PT. Kenertec Power System, the mandatory respondent in this review. That rate was also assigned to seven companies not individually examined in this review: GE Indonesia; GE Renewable Energy; General Electric Indonesia; Korindo Wind; Nordex SE; PT. Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy; and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.

If the agency's findings are continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Kenertec entered Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022, will be assessed AD duties at importer-specific rates, and importers from the other companies under review would be assessed AD duties at a rate of 3.06%. Any changes to cash deposit requirements would take effect upon publication of the final results in the Federal Register.
Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry for subject merchandise entered Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022, that was exported by companies that are not under review (i.e., all except Kenertec) (ADCVDWeb Message # 2320406).
