N333682: The tariff classification of a women’s cardigan style garment from China
HTS: 6110.11.0080, 9903.88.15, 16% + 7.5%, "Sweaters, pullovers, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: Of wool or fine animal hair: Of wool: Women’s or girls’." |
Item: A women’s cardigan style garment constructed from 100% boiled wool knit fabric. The outer surface of the garment’s fabric measures more than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the direction the stitches were formed. The cardigan features a shirt collar; a full front opening with a six-button closure; a back yoke; long sleeves with single button cuffs; and a hemmed shirt tail bottom that reaches to below the waist. |

N333703: The tariff classification and eligibility of 9802.00.60 to titanium plate and sheet manufactured from ingots of United States (U.S.) origin in Austria and returned to the U.S. for further processing

Item: Titanium plate and sheet produced from U.S. origin ingots. The ingots are produced in Houston, Pennsylvania from titanium sponge and industrial scrap and are then exported to Austria. In Austria the ingots are processed into titanium slab and then processed into plates and sheets with various dimensions. At this point, the titanium plate and sheet will be returned to the U.S. where they will be sold to customers who will process the plate and sheet into aircraft components. |
Reason: The titanium plate and sheet are returned to the U.S. where they are sold to customers who will process the plate and sheet into aircraft components. The five cushion inserts, composed of an outer shell of 100% polyester woven fabric and stuffed with 100% polyester fiberfill, are inserted into a zippered opening along the base of the four sides and at the bottom center of the cover to form the completed bed. |

The components and materials used during the manufacturing process are sourced from Vietnam and China. |
Reason: The dominant components, including the lower chassis subassembly, lift arm subassembly, and certain components of the hydraulic power unit are manufactured in Vietnam. These components are assembled to form an article, a hydraulic floor jack, which emerges from the process with a new name, character, and use, different from that possessed by the materials prior to the processing. |
