Northern California claims negligence and violations of the California Consumer Privacy Act, Unfair Competition Law and Customer Records Act. In Harris v. Progress, plaintiff Patricia Harris asserts claims (docket (docket 1:23-cv-05028)) of negligence, breach of third-party beneficiary contract, unjust enrichment and invasion of privacy.
