South Korea Welded Line Pipe: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the amended final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on welded line pipe from South Korea (A-580-876) to correct ministerial errors brought to its attention by SeAH Steel Corporation after the final results were published June 30.

NEXTEEL Co. Ltd. and SeAH Steel Corporation were selected for individual examination in the final results. The correction to the ministerial errors occurs in the calculation of the weighted-average dumping margin for SeAH, which changes from 4.23% to 4.17%. The rate for NEXTEEL is not changing. But the rate for the companies not selected for individual examination is being amended, changing from 3.27% to 3.24%. The 29 companies not selected for individual examination are listed in Appendix II of the notice.
These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of antidumping duties on importers for subject merchandise from 30 of 31 companies under review entered Dec. 1, 2020, through Nov. 30, 2021, effective Aug. 4.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the 31 companies listed above), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the “all others” rate of 4.38% applies.
