The agency preliminarily calculated an AD rate for the one company remaining under review, NEXTEEL Co., Ltd., of zero percent, for the review period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022.

Dong-A Steel Co., Ltd. and SeAH Steel Corp. (collectively, DOSCO/SeAH) and HiSteel Co., Ltd. withdrew their requests for review, so the review with respect to these companies was rescinded by Commerce.

Cash deposit rates for all other exporters of subject merchandise will not change as a result of this review, and Commerce has ordered liquidation of entries from such companies “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry (AD/CVDWeb Messages # 2342417).

If the agency's findings are continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from NEXTEEL entered Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022, will be not be assessed AD. Any changes to the cash deposit rate would take effect on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the final results of this review.

(The period of review is 09/01/21 - 08/31/22. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
