| Item: Sevelamer Hydrochloride, imported in 800 mg tablets, is a phosphate binder that is indicated for the treatment of hypocalcemia (low levels of calcium in the human body) caused by elevated phosphorus. It is also used to control phosphorus levels in patients with chronic kidney disease who are on dialysis. In your letter, you stated the Sevelamer Hydrochloride Tablets will be imported from India. |

The slippers are boat-shaped, neither shaped nor sized for the foot, and do not have an applied sole. |
