New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect July 7
For entries on or after July 7, the date these results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates for the following companies:
Croatia
| Producer/Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Impol d.o.o. / Impol-TLM d.o.o. | 3.76% |
*This rate applies to subject merchandise produced by Impol-TLM d.o.o. and exported by either Impol-TLM d.o.o. (Croatia) or Impol d.o.o. (Slovenia).
Slovenia
| Producer/Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Impol d.o.o. / Impol FT, d.o.o. | 5.43% |
*This rate applies to subject merchandise produced by Impol FT, d.o.o. and exported by either Impol FT, d.o.o. or Impol d.o.o.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed above), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate, but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the "all others" rate of 3.19% applies for Croatian exporters, and the "all others" rate of 13.43% applies for Slovenian exporters.
Assessment Rates for Entries October 2020 - March 2022
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from Croatia and Slovenia for entries between Oct. 15, 2020, through March 31, 2022. For entries during that period from the producer-exporter combinations listed above, Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates.
(The review period is 10/15/20 - 03/31/22.
