The meeting included representatives from Australia, Brunei, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, the Commerce news release said. IPEF members also discussed "the importance of delivering concrete benefits, including technical assistance and capacity building, to support future implementation of the high standard commitments envisioned" for the clean and fair economy pillars, the news release said.
