The agency found Arte Mundi Group operates as the same business entity other than the change in name. Commerce determined that Arte Mundi Group will be assigned the AD rate previously assigned to Arte Mundi (Shanghai), currently zero percent. The new cash deposit rate will be effective June 30 and remain in effect until further notice.
