All claims of any unnamed member of the alleged class are dismissed without prejudice, said the filing. Each party will bear its own costs. Mendoza’s Jan. 25 complaint alleged Newsweek Digital unlawfully tracks and discloses to Facebook its subscribers’ viewed video media and Facebook IDs without their consent.
