Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

The original final results were effective April 10. After the final results were published, comments on them led Commerce to conclude it made a ministerial error in its calculation of the AD rate for Nanjing Ironstone Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. and by association for the non-individually reviewed respondent Nanjing Kingmore Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the agency is now making changes to those rates, effective June 23.

Commerce had previously amended the final results of the concurrent countervailing duty administrative review on the subject merchandise, citing a ministerial error in those calculations (see 2305150041).

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect June 23

For entries on or after June 23, the date these amended final results are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:

ExporterAD Rate
Nanjing Ironstone Storage Equipment Co., Ltd.4.92%
Nanjing Kingmore Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.10.8%

Assessment Rates for Entries September 2020 - August 2022

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Sept. 1, 2020, and Aug. 31, 2022. Commerce will calculate importer-specific AD rates for entries from Ironstone, and will assess AD on all entries of subject merchandise from Kingmore at the rate listed above.

(The review period is 09/01/20 - 08/31/22. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2304070026 for a summary of the original final results and 2210060042 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
