India Welded Stainless Steel Pressure Pipe: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on welded stainless pressure pipe from India (A-533-867). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers for subject merchandise entered Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021.

For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate, but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 8.35% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Took Effect June 9
For entries on or after June 9, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by 20 companies, as follows:

Assessment Rates for Entries November 2020 - October 2021
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021. For entries from Ratnamani, Commerce is calculating importer-specific AD rates. Commerce will assess AD on entries from the other companies subject to this review at the rates listed above.
