Argentina ended its AD investigation on certain Chinese bicycles after they were “unable to find any evidence of injury or threat of injury to a domestic industry” by the imports, HKTDC said. Argentina also recently launched a sunset review of its AD duty order on certain Chinese “manual multi‑function food processors.”

Brazil preliminarily determined in its ongoing sunset review of the AD order on certain Chinese citric acid and certain citrate salts that “dumping and injury to a domestic industry are likely to continue as a result” of the imports, HKTDC said. Brazilian authorities must issue a final determination by Oct. 18.

Canada began a scope proceeding to determine whether certain Chinese edge screws are subject to its AD and CVD orders on certain carbon steel fasteners, HKTDC said.
