Reo’s complaint alleges Allstate shows “flagrant disregard” for TCPA compliance (see 2302220037). During the December call, Reo “inquired about products and services during the call and consented to receive a quote for services,” said Allstate. It denies it improperly obtained information about Reo from the Department of Motor Vehicles, as Reo alleges, it said.
