Mexico Light Rectangular Pipe: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department released the amended final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico (A-201-836), to reflect a ministerial correction of its calculations for rates for entries of subject merchandise during the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021.

The original final results were effective March 14. After the final results were published, comments on them led Commerce to conclude it made errors, and the agency is now making changes to the calculation of AD rates for Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos S. de R.L. de C.V. and for the non-selected respondents.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect May 12
For entries on or after May 12, the date these amended final results are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:

Assessment Rates for Entries August 2020 - July 2021
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Aug. 1, 2020, and July 31, 2021. Commerce will calculate importer-specific AD rates for entries from Maquilacero/TEFLU and Regiopytsa, and will assess AD duties on all entries of subject merchandise from the other companies under review at the rates listed above.
