Spain Aluminum Sheet: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on common alloy aluminum sheet from Spain (A-469-820). The agency calculated an AD rate of 9.9% for Compania Valenciana de Aluminio Baux, S.L.U. and its affiliate Bancolor Baux, S.L.U., the only company under review. Any changes to Baux's cash deposit rate would take effect on the publication date of the final results of this review in the Federal Register, currently due in September. As it currently stands, once it issues the final results, the agency would instruct CBP to liquidate entries from Baux entered Oct. 15, 2020, through March 31, 2022, at importer-specific rates.
