India Aluminum Sheet: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on common alloy aluminum sheet from India (A-533-895). The agency preliminarily calculated zero percent AD duty rates for both companies under review, Hindalco Industries Limited and Virgo Aluminum Limited. If the agency's findings are continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Hindalco and Virgo entered Oct. 15, 2020, through March 31, 2022, will not be assessed AD, and future entries from these two companies will not be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice. Any changes to their cash deposit rates would take effect on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the final results of this review, which are due in September.
