For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except CJ Indonesia and Miwon), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 6.19% applies.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect April 10

For entries on or after April 10, the date the results are to be published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for two companies, as follows:

ExporterAD Rate
PT. Cheil Jedang Indonesia58.67%
PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia* and PT. Miwon Indonesia14.34%

*PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia is the successor-in-interest to PT Miwon Indonesia.

Assessment Rates for Entries November 2020 - October 2021

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021. For entries from Miwon, Commerce will assess AD duties on entries during that period at importer-specific rates, and for entries from CJ Indonesia, Commerce will assess AD Duties at the 58.67% rate listed above.
