For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate, but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 22% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect March 16
For entries on or after March 16, the scheduled publication date of these final results in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by five companies, as follows:
| Producer/Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Hyosung Heavy Industries Corporation | 4.32% |
| Hyundai Electric & Energy Systems Co., Ltd. | 4.32% |
| Iljin Electric Co., Ltd. | 4.32% |
| Iljin | 4.32% |
| LSIS Co., Ltd. | 4.32% |
Assessment Rates for Entries August 2020 - July 2021
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Aug. 1, 2020, and July 31, 2021. Commerce will calculate importer-specific AD rates for entries from Hyosung, and will assess AD on entries from the other companies under review at the rates listed above.
(The review period is 08/01/20 - 07/31/21. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2209120045 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
