Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
The rate for Ajmal Steel Tubes & Pipes Industries LLC, originally set at 54.27% in the final review, is now amended to 0.57%. Because Ajmal has a superseding cash deposit rate, i.e., there have been final results published in a subsequent administrative review, Commerce will not issue revised cash deposit instructions to CBP, and the current cash deposit rate, 2.27%, will not change.
(The review period is 12/01/18 - 11/30/19. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2110260053 for a summary of the original final results and 2104220021 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
