Warby Parker Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest over whether Section 301 duties apply to its frames and lenses classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9004.90.0000 and secondary subheading 9903.88.15. #23-00042. Filed Feb. 21.
Hydro Gear, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its parts and components for hydrostatic pumps and power transmission systems should have been classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9817.00.6000, free of duty, and excluded from Section 301 tariffs. #23-00044. Filed Feb. 24.
Glock, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its pistol kits were improperly appraised and valued. #23-00046. Filed March 1.
Phoenix Metal Co., Ltd., challenging CBP's final affirmative determination as to evasion of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on cast iron pipe from China. #23-00048. Filed March 2.
Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's negative determination in the five-year review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Brazil, which led to the revocation of the order on imports of these goods from Brazil. #23-00050. Filed March 3.
Prosperity Tieh Enterprise, Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan, covering entries in 2020-2021. #23-00052. Filed March 3.
