hasn't started in Frontier's bankruptcy proceeding because that court is still waiting for the District Court to decide on a June 2021 motion to withdraw that would consolidate the plaintiffs' different copyright claims against Frontier into one proceeding. Meanwhile, the labels' litigation is stayed pending decision on the withdrawal motion, they said. The labels said they're "eager to prosecute their claims and enforce their valuable copyrights." Frontier outside counsel didn't comment.
