New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Feb. 24

For entries on or after Feb. 24, the date these final results are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. For any other exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all exporters of subject merchandise except those listed below), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate applies. The new rates are as follows:

ExporterAD Rate
China-wide entity112.81%

No shipments. Commerce continued its preliminary finding that two companies had no exports to the U.S. during the period of review, so their rates will not change: Zhangzhou Hongwei Foods Co., Ltd. and Zhanjiang Regal Integrated Marine Resources Co., Ltd. Any entries under their case numbers will be liquidated at the China-wide rate.

China-wide. Commerce said that 134 companies did not cooperate with the review, and assigned them to the China-wide entity with a rate of 112.81%. See the Appendix in Commerce's notice for a full list.

Assessment Rates for Entries February 2021 - January 2022

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Feb. 1, 2021, and Jan. 31, 2022. Commerce will liquidate entries during that period at the rates listed above.

(The review period is 02/01/21 - 01/31/22. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2210260043 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
