i5 Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest over whether its imported jackets were properly appraised using transaction value. #23-00037. Filed Feb. 14.
Asociacion de Exportadores e Industriales de Aceitunas de Mesa; Agro Sevilla Aceitunas S. Coop. And.; and Angel Camacho Alimentacio, S.L., challenging the Commerce Department's determination under Section 129 of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act covering ripe olives from Spain. #23-00039. Filed Feb. 16.
