For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all others rate of 3.9% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Feb. 7
For entries on or after Feb. 7, the scheduled publication date of these final results in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by six companies, as follows:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Colakoglu Metalurji A.S. / Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S. | 1.13% |
| Kaptan Demir Celik Endüstrisi ve Ticaret A.S. / Kaptan Metal Dis Ticaret Ve Nakliyat A.S. | 5.51% |
| Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi A.S. | 3.76% |
| Diler Dis Ticaret A.S. | 3.76% |
| Sami Soybas Demir Sanayi ve Tiscaret A.S. | 3.76% |
No shipments. Commerce continued its preliminary finding that Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endüstrisi A.S did not have any exports to the U.S. during the period of review. The cash deposit rate currently in effect for Habas will not change, and any entries reported to be from Habas will be assessed duties at the all others rate, which is currently 3.9%.
Assessment Rates for Entries July 2020 - June 2021
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021. Importers of subject merchandise exported by Colakoglu and Kaptan Demir during the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, will be assessed AD duties at importer-specific rates. Importers of subject merchandise exported by the other companies under review will be assessed antidumping duties at the rates listed above.
(The review period is 07/01/20 - 06/30/21. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2208070007 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
