in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. JM’s conduct caused Crown Castle to incur nearly $34,000 in “actual damages,” it said. JM failed to excavate “in a careful and prudent manner based on accepted engineering and construction practices,” it said. It also failed to properly train and supervise its employees “and ensure they complied with all applicable statutes,” it said. The complaint seeks recovery of the monetary damages, plus interest. JM didn’t comment.
