Spain Ripe Olives: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on ripe olives from Spain (A-469-817). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers for subject merchandise entered Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021.

For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 19.98% applies.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Dec. 9

For entries on or after Dec.9, the date these final results are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates, with no changes to the calculations in the preliminary results, for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:

No shipments. Commerce affirmed its preliminary determination that Alimentary Group Dcoop S. Coop. And. had no shipments of subject merchandise during the review period.

Assessment Rates for Entries August 2020 - July 2021

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise for entries Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021. Commerce will calculate importer-specific AD rates for entries from Agro Sevilla and Angel Camacho.
